Best of 2023: Design Project Roundup
Another year in the books, 2023 sure was a whirlwind. Carry on the tradition with us as we look back on another year of some of our best #SWstyle moments. The team at Sunset West enjoys to be a part of the process from ideation to final installation, and watching these projects come to life is exciting! Investing in your outdoor living spaces continues to be a priority for people, and spending time outside with friends and family is always worth it. A reoccurring theme we saw in 2023 was attention to detail in these outdoor eating, napping and lounging spaces. Welcoming 2024 with open arms and a goal to spend more time outdoors with those we love. Sunsets & Ocean Views
Can we just say, this is so gorgeousss? An incredible Southern California home with ocean views, and wow do we love a good sunset. The combination of the Laguna dining table paired with the Milano dining chairs completes this outdoor room. We would eat dinner out here every night, what do you think? What a dreamy space! The trend continues of bringing the vacation home with you. Back in 2020 renovating the spaces you already have into tranquil living areas skyrocketed, and we love to see people still investing in that. This beautiful Anaheim home features various pieces from the Newport Collection paired with a newer introduction, Sabbia. We love the Frost color story, especially when paired alongside a lush green backyard. The green and white combination exudes a resort-like vibe that reminds us we can feel relaxed and unplugged without having to go anywhere at all.
Home on the range and close to the sea, the beautiful roaring Pacific Ocean that is. Based on the quaint ranch style of this home you probably wouldn't guess that it's only about a half-mile from the beach but that's what we love about California. The Coastal Teak club chairs look perfectly at home in this setting, paired with a custom fabric selection of Spectrum Carbon and an accent table from the Bazaar. We love how this front yard coffee-sipping set-up turned out.
At Home Luxury Lounging in Carlsbad
Meet me here for happy hour! With breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean perched from a hilltop this backyard paradise exudes all the luxury outdoor lounging that Sunset West was made for. A perfectly executed mix and match situation with the Pietra sofa, Marbella club chairs alongside a fire table and accent tables from The Bazaar. Oh how we love to see it!
