Best of 2022: Design Project Roundup
Looking back on our favorite #SWstyle design moments for our third year in a row. The team at Sunset West enjoys to be a part of every step of the design process and seeing projects come to life - we are also thankful for the designers who continue to share the finished product photos with us. With 2023 rapidly approaching we are looking forward to a big year of growth and fruitful outdoor space designs and re-designs. California Dreaming on the Pacific Coast
As described by Morrison Interiors as #TheHouseThatBuiltMe, This Corona Del Mar, California residence has "both canyon and ocean views, this modern beauty will possess the right balance of natural elements and contemporary lines". The Laguna Collection remains a timeless staple to both outdoor lounging and dining spaces, as pictured here. Paired thoughtfully with Pietra Collection Dining Chairs, this contemporary modern project exudes the California-laid back style through a relaxing color palette and inviting mix of materials. Tropical Nights
The kind of outdoor living spaces where you forget to check the time, leading you to lounge long into the evening hours - while sitting poolside with friends and family. The Pietra Collection show here is paired with an array of tropical-inspired pieces to portray true Florida style. The subtle color palette of Pietra allows for a strong foundation to build upon adding your own stylistic elements. This project was shared with us by Charlotte Osterman Design.
Under the North Florida Oaks
Most might not know that Florida is home to immense wooded areas, typically bordering wetlands - the great oak trees and tall pines offer a soothing and contrasting change of scenery while still very close to the sandy white beaches that make Florida so well loved. This backyard oasis featuring the Laguna Collection offers the opportunity to kick up your feet and close your eyes to the sound of the sea breeze through the trees. A reminder that if given the proper attention, you too can create spaces that truly make you feel like there is no place like home.
Rustic Mountain Getaway
The mountains are calling and I must go. Tin Roof Furniture of Spokane, Washington offers all the pieces to pull together a rustic and mountain-inspired home. When living in the mountains there is no denying the importance of creating a living space that feels connected to your environment. Featured here the Havana Collection Swivel Rocker Club Chairs are the perfect addition of texture to this outdoor sitting area. Designed exactly for relaxation, rest and taking in that fresh mountain air.
