All freight/damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Items returned to our warehouse without a return authorization # will not be accepted.

Claims are only accepted via an Authorized Sunset West Reseller; if you are an end user looking to file a claim please contact the reseller from which you originally purchased.
